It's that smug three note clarinet solo and when it all falls apart after the failed trumpet break (at 1:38 )and the drummer comes in on the wrong beat that gets me.

I saw this band live many many moons ago back in the 60s. I have never laughed as much as I did then. First class act with the ability to play any instrument you could think of with lots of silly antics going on in the background. Once seen never to be forgotten.

Still have ALL their vinyl albums, going back to "The Alberts & the Temperance 7" which certainly made my two years in the US Army from '71-'73 more humorous, if not more endurable. While my colleagues were listening to the standard and misnomered "classic rock" of the day, I had a little coterie of cognoscenti in my cubicle grooving with the Bonzos, Fairport Convention, the Firesign Theatre, and then the Flamin' Groovies and Big Star. I still LOVE all those bands and nostalgia doesn't even factor into it: they're timeless! You ain't seen nothing till you've seen my still-beautiful-at-60 wife and my 10 year old niece perform their highly acclaimed interpretation of "Hunting Tigers..." Gawd bless the Bonzos!
